Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order.

Return Period You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return. After registration, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Conditions

• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• The product is undamaged
• Hygiene products (such as lash kits) can only be returned if the packaging is unopened

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Register a Return Send an email to info@evicosmetics.nl with your order number and the reason for the return.
